The patient is a woman about 45 years. This is about a ten years old boy that suffered a broken femur. This was treated with what is called Ender nails. In the first radiograph can be seen fracture and the severity of the injury suffered.

Este caso trata de un niño de diez años que sufrió una fractura de fémur. Ésta fue tratada con lo que se denomina clavos de Ender. En la primera radiografía puede apreciarse la fractura y la gravedad de la lesión sufrida.
